General turn around time for most orders is generally 2-3 weeks from processing plus shipping.
Processing time may vary depending on availability of items.
All goods are personally hand made and while I strive for consistency, items my differ slightly from photographs.

PAYMENT
I accept payment via credit card, email, or cash (in person). Invoices for first time accounts must be paid in full before your order is shipped. Net14 on re orders.

MINIMUMS
Minimum opening order for new accounts is $800. Minimum reorders are $300.
All prices are subjected to change without notice.

SHIPPING
We offer free North American shipping on orders over $800. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs will be assessed at the time of shipment and included in the final invoice. Default shipping method is Canada Post. Items are shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date of order. Notification will be sent immediately if any items are on back order.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please submit all changes to your order within 48 hours of ordering. All orders are packed undamaged and ready to sell. Returns or exchanges must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to stop selling to retailers who do not adhere to the policies. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms.
